      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and enhance client experiences
      - Build and expand partnerships with institutions and government agencies across the US and Canada
      - Oversee the Client Success team, ensuring high satisfaction and retention among a portfolio of 7,000+ institutional clients
      - Guide the marketing strategy to increase revenue and retention through targeted B2B and B2C campaigns
      - Provide strategic oversight of the Customer Service function during a transitional phase

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in growth-oriented roles, including senior leadership in business development, marketing, and customer-facing strategy
      - Proven track record of building institutional partnerships in education, nonprofit, or global services environments
      - Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, including performance channels and campaign optimization
      - Experience managing global, distributed teams and fostering a collaborative environment
      - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~20% of the time)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or equivalent experience
      - Experience managing customer service teams
      - Expertise in Salesforce
