- J.D. degree and active law license in at least one state.
- 15+ years of relevant legal experience, with in-house experience preferred; 6+ years in management.
- Strong ethical judgment, risk management skills, and experience advising senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
- Global mindset, positive attitude, and a sense of humor.

The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Senior Director to oversee our global Antitrust and Compliance Investigations functions. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, you will bring expertise in antitrust law, lead investigations, and work closely with senior leadership to uphold Adobe's culture of integrity and manage risk.
