  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead brand strategy and governance, ensuring alignment with corporate reputation and business objectives
  - Oversee the development and consistent application of brand assets and guidelines across all channels
  - Conduct audits of brand use and manage brand asset compliance
  - Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on brand implications of major initiatives and announcements

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing, or a Master’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
  - Proven track record in leading brand strategy and governance at scale
  - Strong project management skills and ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations
  - Excellent collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  - Familiarity with design systems, digital platforms, and emerging media
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Background in public affairs, corporate communications, reputation management, consulting, PR agencies, or government relations
  - Experience in a global or highly matrixed corporate environment
  - Knowledge of regulatory, political, or social responsibility landscapes impacting business and reputation
