      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customer development and strategic oversight for Publix and SEG, ensuring business objectives are met
      - Manage and mentor a team responsible for key regional accounts including HEB, Brookshire, and Military Customers
      - Drive execution of annual plans and negotiate agreements to optimize partnerships
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer selling stories and insights
      - Provide ongoing performance updates and problem-solving recommendations to meet business targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
      - Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of selling to national and regional customers
      - Strong organizational skills and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
      - Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical skills with Nielsen/IRI data
      - Ability to travel substantially (30% if based in FL; 50% outside territory) and maintain a valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Publix and SEG accounts
      - Background in DSD beverage sales
      - Established contacts with buyers and divisional managers in the industry
      - Familiarity with Alteryx, Google Analytics, and marketing strategies
      - Knowledge in structured query language (SQL) and data visualization tools like Tableau
