What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Security Operation center and enhance incident response capabilities
- Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies and procedures
- Work with CIO, CISO, and other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending
- Identify key risk indicators (KRIs) to continually monitor our cyber program's risk posture and health
- Monitor threat actor activity, create proactive defenses and tailored response capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required
- 10+ years of proven Cyber Security and 5 years in leadership/management role
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of SOC tooling (EDR, NDR, SIEM, and so on)
- Must have a solid understanding of information technology and information security
- Must be a relationship builder who works well with both systems owners and management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
