- Lead and collaborate on the development of global marketing calendar strategies, 360 campaigns, and category growth opportunities with both a seasonal view and a long-term outlook across brand and product categories.
- Individually and through direct reports, elevate all elements of the GTM process including planning, development, and execution and forges alignment across regions through strong communication, on-time delivery of assets and ongoing marketing counsel.
- Develop strategic product category growth plans in partnership with product leads to build brand equity (Footwear and Apparel).
- Manage brand’s global creative agency of record and brief campaigns with consumer insights and regional input. Develop iconic creative and integrated GTM plans that launch with impact.
- Partner with Global Marketing and Regional leaders to deliver fully integrated programs that ensure a connected consumer journey across all touch points. Foster a consumer-first orientation within the Global Marketing team, ensuring that all marketers have a deep curiosity and passion for the consumer and a commitment to excellence across the consumer journey.
- Develop and communicate long-range and seasonal market strategies and clear KPIs to drive brand growth, awareness, and adoption.
- Create channel strategies in partnership with US and international markets and DTC teams.
- Operate in a highly team-oriented environment and collaborate closely with all departments. Guide and obtain alignment to ensure consistency of message across all consumer touch points and best-in-class launch execution.

- Proven ability to create a strategic vision for a global company and execute business-driven results that will build the brand and drive demand.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, MBA or similar experience preferred.
- 15+ years brand marketing experience, preferably working with global consumer brands in footwear, apparel, or related industry, with 5+ years in a managerial role leading a team of 5+.
- Experience running a wide variety of marketing programs, campaigns, and launches that have successfully scaled globally and across channels.
- Experience/understanding of consumer products.
- Experience/understanding of global/international business.
- Experience/understanding of digital marketing, emerging media, and innovation.
- Experience/understanding of the sports and performance footwear/apparel industry.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire others to follow.
- Ability to engage and influence business partners in multiple functional areas and regions globally.

The Senior Director, Global Integrated Marketing is a key leader in transforming the HOKA brand into a global powerhouse. We are looking for a world-class marketer who is highly strategic, creative, and experienced in leading bold, consumer-centric brand and product campaigns and initiatives that drive long-term brand equity, demand, and category growth. A business leader who is skilled in scaling a brand globally by leveraging consumer insights, developing integrated 360 brand and product campaigns, achieving business and commercial objectives, and delivering marketing innovation and operational excellence. You have a pulse on culture, understand global markets, and are passionate about creating world-class brand, product, and consumer experiences.

What We'll Give You
$235,000 - $250,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
