- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the talent acquisition function within Related Affordable, align talent acquisition initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies
- Develop, communicate, and execute tailored recruiting strategies for multiple markets, integrating industry best practices, data analytics, and market insights to attract top talent while addressing local needs and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Community Engagement team and Resident Services Coordinators to identify local workforce opportunities and establish partnerships
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of remote employees, ensure their integration and alignment with company culture and objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Cultivate strong relationships with executive leadership and hiring managers within Related Affordable, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in all aspects of the hiring process
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability by optimizing processes, systems, and resources across the recruitment lifecycle
- Enhance Related Affordable’s employee brand through strategic marketing initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and industry partners to augment talent pipelines within Related Affordable and ensure access to top talent
- Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness across Related Affordable, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process within Related Affordable, mitigating legal and reputational risks
- Leverage the employee brand to source external talent through networking and social media strategy; work closely with other HR colleagues to help increase internal promotions and succession planning.

- Minimum of 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a successful track record building and leading high-performing teams
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within property management, real estate, or hospitality, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices for corporate and site-specific roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that drive business results and support organizational growth objectives within Related Affordable
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals
- Proven track record of introducing innovative recruiting methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and creating recruitment reports using Excel.
