Bachelor's degree.
15+ years of proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition efforts within a high-growth organization.
10+ years of experience in a matrix enterprise operating model.
5-7+ years of experience in M&A and Integrations.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition tools, technologies, best practices and employment laws and regulations impacting recruiting.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Experience working in a similarly large organization is preferred.

What you will be doing
Talent Acquisition – Delivery Leader (Regions)
As a Talent Acquisition Leader for the Americas at our fast-growing Fortune 10 company, the leader will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy across the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring top-tier talent to support our continued expansion and success. This leadership role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with senior executives to understand business needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals. Provide guidance, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment. Build and execute a forward looking TA workforce strategic talent management plan.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring requirements, establish clear job priorities, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Build strong relationships and maintain open communication to understand evolving talent needs across the business and regions.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-quality candidates. Develop comprehensive, market relevant channel strategy inclusive of social media, networking events, industry partnerships, and employee referrals. Collaborate with the Attraction teams to enhance the company's employer brand across the region. Showcase the organization as an employer of choice through targeted messaging and engagement initiatives.
Utilize data analytics to measure and improve recruitment metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Implement initiatives that promote diversity and equity within the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and productivity in talent acquisition processes and services. Introduce and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
