Partner with the Global Talent team, HR and Business Leaders to create and implement a comprehensive and integrated talent management strategy, tools, and processes to drive a culture of career growth, DEI, talent succession, performance accountability and leadership development.
Lead strong talent review/succession planning , developing creative and effective approaches to bridging gaps in both the short term and long term.
Support and advise HR Business Partners in developing strategies to address talent goals, gaps, and targeted development needs to support our business objectives.
Create and drive operating mechanisms with key internal HR partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution of talent programs and priorities.
Build and develop a world-class, global talent team that is both business and employee-focused, capable of enabling rapid business expansion and growth.
Strong business, financial, and human resources acumen
Proven record implementing successful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Substantive global work experience
Large-scale global team leadership
Data-driven approach diagnosing business problems, understanding insights, and designing HR solutions
Strong consultative approach including excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints, and then influence appropriate outcomes
Successful record delivering solutions in a rapidly scaling, transformational business environment, demonstrated ability handling competing priorities
Strong program and change management skills, including building awareness and “pull” for programs and interventions
Possesses both strategic thinking capability and “hands on” plan implementation experience
Proven ability to build, develop and motivate a high-performing team
Teamwork role model, skilled at fostering synergies between HRBP and COE teams to support an integrated HR delivery system
Current on science behind what works in HR, talent, organizational effectiveness, diversity, and learning
Master’s degree in business, human resources and/or organizational development
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of industry experience
15+ years of successful leadership experience in relevant industry
Up to 25%, global (Americas, EMEA, APAC)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly energetic and passionate leader to lead our Talent Management and Organizational Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of talent management strategies and organizational development initiatives within the company. This position reports directly to the VP of Talent, DEI and Learning & Development.
