What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects related to Client Claims Processing
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication
- Conduct testing and analysis to resolve potential issues before client rollouts
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of claims workflows
- Prepare and maintain documentation that defines operational procedures and client requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, or High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience
- Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a technical production or applications support role
- At least 3 years of experience with EDI or similar file transfer protocols
- Solid understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, including EDI and Web Services
- Exceptional analytic and troubleshooting skills with clear communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience
- Experience with mapping tools such as Gentran, Pervasive, or Claredi
- Technical writing experience
- Mentoring experience
- Understanding of internet applications and networks
