What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external IT resources for EDI workflows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business
- Collaborate with various functional groups to provide timely client issue resolutions
- Analyze client ordering patterns to offer electronic recommendations for efficiency
- Provide training for EMR systems and ensure proper client utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, HIM, or a healthcare-related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT or Healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications
- Experience with EMR vendors and lab connectivity projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HIM or Information Technology
- Prior experience in a laboratory environment
- Ability to influence decision-makers in various departments and leadership levels
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision
