What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, review, and implement education materials for Integrated Kidney Care clinical teammates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new process development and training initiatives
- Coach and mentor new clinical Integrated Kidney Care teammates, including preceptors
- Facilitate virtual training experiences and manage logistics for training sessions
- Provide timely reports and data collection as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of nephrology experience
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Prior experience in training through multiple mediums (live, web-based, self-directed)
- Registered Nurse with current state licensure
- Ability to travel up to 30% for overnight assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodology and techniques
- Background in basic instructional design
- Prior experience within Integrated Kidney Care
- Basic project management skills
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) Certificate or Case Management certification
