What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, review, and execute education materials for Integrated Kidney Care teammates
- Drive projects and collaborate with key stakeholders on new process development
- Support Clinical Education & Training initiatives and program implementations
- Facilitate virtual training experiences, managing logistics and providing technical support
- Coach and mentor new clinical teammates, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of nephrology experience
- Minimum proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Prior experience in training through multiple mediums (live, web-based, self-directed)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to provide timely submission of reports and data collection requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodology and techniques
- Basic project management skills
- Experience in basic instructional design
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) Certificate or Case Management
- Prior experience within Integrated Kidney Care
