      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build consulting relationships with national, regional, and local employee benefit broker partners and general agents
      - Consult with producers to enhance their existing business and develop new opportunities
      - Identify and establish new consulting relationships to meet production goals
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology and product solutions
      - Provide training and ongoing development to producers and agencies to drive results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling voluntary benefits
      - Established broker network within the defined territory
      - Residence in Louisiana or Mississippi
      - Ability to travel an average of 3 days per week
      - Life & health licensing required (must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
      - Strong customer focus with an understanding of client needs
      - Experience in a collaborative team environment
      - Ability to drive success and develop team strategies
