What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex investigation and remediation projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing project managers
- Conduct technical report writing and review, ensuring quality control of tasks
- Analyze and apply solutions to complex issues within area of expertise
- Mentor junior staff and conduct health and safety stewardship, including field visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Geology, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 6 years of Project Management experience or equivalent education/experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the role
- Ability to supervise up to 10 staff members and manage diverse teams
- Experience in environmental consulting with regulatory knowledge in the Northeast region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting focused on site investigation/remediation
- 8 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with environmental regulatory agencies in CT, MA, NH, ME, RI, and/or VT
- Completion of 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training
- Proven ability to manage teams and other project managers effectively
