What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and monitor midsize to large-scale projects within multiple functional departments
- Perform complex designs, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization for Epic clinical applications
- Conduct workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems for optimal utilization of Epic applications
- Deliver post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for applications
- Coordinate and lead short-duration projects, monitoring project processes, progress, and results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic application experience
- Epic certification(s)
- Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and clinical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
- Certified in Epic Care Everywhere and/or Payer Platform applications
- Experience supporting interoperability workflows
