      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and monitor midsize to large-scale projects across multiple functional departments
      - Perform complex designs, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Epic clinical applications
      - Conduct workflow assessments and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to achieve application integration
      - Provide on-site user support during implementations and deliver post-implementation training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of Epic application experience with required Epic certification(s)
      - Proven ability to utilize system tools effectively and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
      - Experience leading projects and managing multiple tasks to meet established deadlines
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Currently certified in Epic Radiant
      - Prior experience supporting Community Connect applications
      - Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
