What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end risk events management program, ensuring timely reporting and tracking of corrective actions
- Collaborate with first and second line of defense functions for effective risk event communication
- Participate in thematic reviews of control breakdowns and third-party risk exposures
- Maintain the risk acceptance and policy exception process, including reporting to senior leadership
- Support business resilience functions, including disaster recovery testing and documentation management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, governance, compliance, audit, finance, or project management
- Experience using GRC tools and governance platforms (e.g., AuditBoard, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coordinating or managing projects in a risk management context
- Familiarity with risk governance activities and board reporting
