- Support ERP implementation projects as needed, from design, user acceptance testing, training, Go-live activities and Hypercare activities.
- Provide day-to-day support for end users, including issue resolution and root cause analysis within the LN ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, developers, testers) to design, configure, test, and deploy new ERP solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation such as Knowledge Base Articles, Work Instructions, and User Guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and super users.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
- Share knowledge and mentor global team members to strengthen internal ERP expertise.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for new features and ERP patches.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP processes related to manufacturing, planning, costing, warehousing, quality control, and their integration with finance and supply chain.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in Infor LN ERP across the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support both standard and customized environments.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across IT and business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for process optimization and innovation.
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend activities related to critical projects or go-lives.

- A continuous learner with a desire to expand understanding of related modules like Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN and/or Infor Cloud ERP in a manufacturing or planning-focused role.
- Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Infor LN and/or Infor Cloud ERP implementation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable but not a must

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. ERP Systems Analyst to join a high-performance global ERP team. He/She will have deep functional expertise in Infor LN and/or Infor Cloud LN ERP to support and enhance our Manufacturing and Planning processes. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with more than 7 years of experience working in Infor LN ERP environments, particularly within planning, production cycles, manufacturing costing, quality control, spare parts, and Factory Track. The ideal candidate is one who understands complex manufacturing business processes and has the technical and functional acumen to translate them into effective ERP configurations and solutions. He/she will have the ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
