      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones for executives
      - Draft, review, and manage sensitive communications on behalf of executives
      - Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and company-wide presentations
      - Plan complex travel itineraries and ensure executives are prepared for travel
      - Maintain office operations and facilities, ensuring a professional environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 6 years of experience in high-level executive administration at the VP level
      - Experience managing extensive international and domestic travel itineraries
      - Strong discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment with confidential information
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite and engineering tools such as JIRA and Confluence
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management
      - Experience managing budgets, vendors, and procurement processes
