      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Chief Legal Officer's calendar, scheduling high-level meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
      - Provide administrative support to members of the Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, ESG, and Human Resources teams
      - Plan and execute in-person team meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and event coordination
      - Collaborate with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to prepare for Board meetings and assist with related materials
      - Offer in-person support during high-level meetings held in the New York office, ensuring a professional environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a portion spent managing executives in the C-suite
      - Expert-level competency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
      - High comfort level with virtual meeting tools, such as Zoom
      - Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
