What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct and document financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc finance projects
- Evaluate a range of financial results and indicators, including capital expenditures and investment opportunities
- Compile budgetary and fiscal data to prepare revenue balance statements
- Prepare reports analyzing department structures and recommend efficiency improvements
- Advise management on resource utilization and budget forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of four years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial systems such as HFM Consolidation, PeopleSoft Financials, and Cognos Planning
- Knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
