What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze financial reports, trends, and business opportunities to support decision-making
- Generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, and other business areas
- Create financial models for future business planning decisions
- Assist in evaluating capital equipment purchases and perform lease vs. buy analyses
- Develop policies and procedures to support financial activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and evaluate financial information
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, including IT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree in finance or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience in finance or healthcare finance
- CPA certification or relevant professional certification
- Experience in developing financial policies and procedures
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and financial practices
