What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations for Worldwide Field Operations (Sales & Customer Excellence) to promote functional excellence and growth
- Contribute to annual planning and quarterly forecasting, along with variance analysis cycles
- Partner with teams to align resource allocation with budget and financial targets, improving forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments to identify insights that drive growth and enhance profitability
- Develop and refine financial models and frameworks for bookings, renewals, and commissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A roles
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in financial statements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with leadership
- Experience with SaaS subscription-based business models and associated KPIs is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with planning applications such as Planful, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan
- Familiarity with NetSuite
- Talent for developing visual representations of financial/statistical data
- General excitement for data/BI and curiosity for leveraging systems to improve efficiency
