What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed financial forecast analysis, including budget versus actual spending for a large real estate portfolio
- Prepare and develop annual budget planning and manage day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities
- Assist in the calculation of management and incentive fees as needed
- Collaborate with the team to improve reporting strategies and maintain data integrity
- Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Strong accounting skills and proficiency in computer-based accounting applications
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JD Edwards platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
- A proven commitment to client service
