      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate financial management for clinical research studies, including budgeting and compliance
      - Develop coverage analyses and clinical trial budgets, tracking and monitoring receivables
      - Create and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy of financial information
      - Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal clinical trial accounts
      - Collaborate with study teams to identify and quantify information impacting trial finances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Finance
      - Minimum of five years of professional experience in research administration or financial analysis/accounting
      - Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
      - Strong financial management and forecasting skills with an ability to interpret financial data
      - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree highly desired
      - Experience working within a medical organization and team environment
      - Highly analytical thinking with a talent for improving and streamlining complex processes
