What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including operating planning and budget vs actuals analysis.
- Prepare financial review packages for executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Develop complex financial models to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine financial metrics and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis of vendor agreements to optimize cost and improve vendor relationships.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
- Strong financial modeling skills, preferably in tech or high-growth industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; experience with NetSuite and EPM tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree; MBAs are invited to apply, and CFA/CPA is a plus.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-growth tech industries.
- Familiarity with specific EPM tools such as Pigment, Oracle, or Anaplan.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- History of successful cross-functional collaboration.
