What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budget versus actual spending for a large real estate portfolio
- Prepare and develop annual budget planning, along with day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities
- Support and track client billing activities and assist with fee calculations as needed
- Analyze performance data to forecast trends and support cost-savings initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to share and enhance technical skills and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Strong accounting skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills

- Experience with JD Edwards platforms
- Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
- Demonstrated commitment to client service
