      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain expense units and budgeting man-hours of assigned departments during the budgeting process
      - Generate FTE and productivity reports and analysis on a monthly basis, including department-specific analysis
      - Provide accurate and timely reporting of monthly performance and productivity reports
      - Prepare fixed and variable budget databases based on Board-approved budgets
      - Assist in the review and maintenance of cost standards and develop reports for medical staff inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting and financial statement preparation in a medical center or similar setting
      - Proficient in data analysis interpretation and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams
      - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with integrated financial decision support systems that include clinical components
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
      - Demonstrated project management skills
      - Creative and flexible approach to problem-solving and process improvement
      - Familiarity with statistical methods relevant to healthcare analysis
