      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary finance contact for Information Technology labor capitalization
      - Prepare and submit capital labor entries and asset forms
      - Maintain and update monthly capital labor forecasts and financial reports
      - Act as financial approver for contracts and purchase orders in assigned areas
      - Provide variance analysis for monthly and annual forecasts and budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role
      - Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
      - Experience with capital assets and capital labor
      - Experience in a multi-company accounting environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three years of experience in finance or accounting
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Experience within an IT Finance and/or Healthcare organization
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
