What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support financial performance and reporting for assigned joint ventures, including consolidated and unconsolidated entities
- Manage the monthly close process for joint ventures through review, analysis, and coordination with key stakeholders
- Review reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of account activity
- Assist with financial projects, analysis, and ongoing operational needs
- Serve as the financial contact for assigned markets and maintain responsibility for joint venture activity within those markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think critically
- Comfortable reviewing complex financial information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial performance and reporting within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with joint ventures and financial analysis
