What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
- Analyze and interpret financial information, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and key financial metrics
- Provide advisory support on strategic initiatives for assigned business units
- Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor and advise Financial Analyst team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar financial or analytical role at a senior level
- Strong ability to understand financial results and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with stock compensation
- Ability to tell the financial story using charts, graphs, and data visualization tools
