What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze supply chain data to provide insights on initiative performance, forecasts, and budgeting
- Produce forecasts for supply expense trends and update them throughout the fiscal year
- Develop analytic models to assist in supply expense budgeting
- Create budget variance reporting templates and organize market report-outs
- Collaborate with analysts from other functions to establish analytic standards and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare supply chain management or budgeting
- Knowledge of analytics tools and software commonly used in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with budget development processes and variance reporting
