      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the collection and translation of business and technical requirements for data analysis and reporting initiatives
      - Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support value-based contracting and forecasting
      - Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for operational and financial stakeholders using SQL, Tableau, and Epic's analytics suite
      - Analyze healthcare cost trends and service line profitability in alignment with actuarial methodologies
      - Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and executive summaries tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, statistics, economics, public health, or related fields
      - Advanced-level expertise in SQL (preferably T-SQL) and Python scripting
      - Advanced-level expertise in MS Excel
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Tableau or Power BI and knowledge of data visualization best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of actuarial experience, including forecasting or risk modeling in healthcare
      - 1 year of knowledge in healthcare reimbursement models, population risk, or rate setting
      - Strong curiosity and attention to detail in solving complex problems
