What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or quantitative discipline
- 3-7 years of experience in rail industry or equipment leasing
- Understanding of economics and project evaluation
- Entry-level knowledge of railcar markets, customers, and commodities
- Basic technical knowledge of rail car types, components, and industry regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA preferred
- Experience managing railcar lease fleets
- Knowledge of various rail car types, components, and industry regulations
