      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and enhance forecasting and planning tools to support annual budgets and long-range strategic planning
      - Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs, delivering insights that drive performance improvements
      - Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support investment decisions
      - Collaborate with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including rolling forecasts and monthly close reporting
      - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other analytical field
      - 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
      - Experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar)
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience preparing analyses for senior leadership
