      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner closely with leadership to attract and acquire top talent across North America
      - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market positions, focusing on high-volume sales roles
      - Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates, promoting the company’s opportunities
      - Drive the development of the employer brand across external platforms
      - Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement best practices and participate in global initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
      - 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven ability to drive success
      - Experience recruiting for sales, business development, and marketing roles
      - Previous experience recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles preferred
      - Knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws and HR best practices is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Talent Acquisition within a technology-focused organization, particularly in start-ups or mid-sized companies
      - Proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited resources
      - Skilled at establishing candidate- and business-focused recruiting processes
      - Strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities
