What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and interpret data from various databases to provide actionable insights
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from SQL Server databases
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consult with stakeholders to understand their data needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with SQL Server and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Data Analysis Toolpak
- Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
