      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support business initiatives through data analysis, writing business requirements, and user acceptance testing of various systems
      - Serve as a technical analyst in healthcare, specifically with Medicaid programs and related systems
      - Create, organize, share, and optimize knowledge within the organization using tools like Microsoft 365 and JIRA
      - Interpret federal and state Medicaid policy and translate it into business and technical requirements
      - Complete assignments under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience
      - 5+ years of experience serving as a technical analyst in healthcare (payor)
      - 3+ years of experience working with Medicaid programs, MMIS/MES, or related systems
      - Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Public Health, or a related field
      - Proven ability to lead communication (written and verbal) at the customer leadership level

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a related field
      - 5+ years of experience as a technical analyst in payor healthcare
      - 3+ years of experience writing SQL using large-scale database management tools
      - 3+ years of experience working with State Medicaid and CHIP agencies including federal reporting
