Job Title: SR HR Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SR HR Specialist to join our team. This role involves actively marketing and recruiting new employees, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and placing new hires. You will maintain personnel records, manage HR documents, and update internal databases. Additionally, you will oversee DOT compliance programs, facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, handle employee relations, administer benefits programs, assist the payroll department, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will also maintain and update the company website, participate in outreach events, and assist with tracking and initiating employee training and development.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The office culture is kind and professional, albeit not very vibrant or loud. The team currently consists of 60 people, scaled back from a larger size to ensure the right people are in the right roles. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
