What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Dayforce HCM to meet business needs
- Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize HR system functionality and integration
- Manage and support XML-based data feeds, imports/exports, and vendor interfaces
- Analyze HR data for accuracy, compliance, and integrity across systems
- Provide technical support for system enhancements and deliver end-user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with Dayforce HCM configuration and technical HRIS support
- Strong understanding of XML forms, data feeds, and system integrations
- Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
