What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain the employer's HRIS landscape, including integrated and non-integrated systems
- Provide Tier 2 support for time tracking, payroll, and absence-related issues within Workday
- Partner with customers to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Drive the implementation of system upgrades, modifications, and release management
- Conduct periodic system audits and facilitate compliance with data management protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HRIS or similar roles
- Experience configuring and implementing various modules within Workday cloud applications
- Ability to manage and work with confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday certification or other relevant system certification
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on cross-functional project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with independent and team-based work scenarios
