      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor, analyze, and maintain the company’s HRIS landscape, ensuring optimal functionality of all HR systems
      - Provide Tier 2 support for benefits and compensation issues related to Workday
      - Lead annual merit and bonus processes, as well as support for quarterly bonus processes
      - Partner with HRIS managers and team members on benefits and compensation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
      - Conduct periodic system audits and ensure compliance with data management protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Experience in configuring and implementing Workday cloud enterprise applications, particularly in Core Compensation and Benefits modules
      - Ability to manage and work with confidential information
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday certification or other relevant system certification
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing workloads effectively
      - Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
