      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the end-to-end mobility process, including U.S. and global immigration and relocations
      - Manage nonimmigrant and immigrant visa sponsorships in partnership with external immigration counsel
      - Ensure alignment between mobility policies and business needs, providing scalable solutions
      - Stay updated on immigration trends and policy changes, advising on risks and best practices
      - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders on immigration and mobility matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR
      - Deep expertise in U.S. immigration processes and familiarity with global mobility frameworks
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align mobility programs to company goals
      - Exceptional communication and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement
      - Experience using HR systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR, Mobility, or Immigration certifications (GMS, SHRM, etc.)
      - Experience with mobility program automation and technology platforms
