      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and software for MACPAC research and analysis tasks
      - Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for various IT services, including software applications and cloud platforms
      - Manage data processing environments to ensure reliability and efficiency of data pipelines and tools
      - Support the secure handling of Medicaid and CHIP data, adhering to relevant security and privacy standards
      - Collaborate with analysts and project teams to ensure IT solutions meet project requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in information technology and IT support services
      - Proven experience supporting research and data analysis projects involving complex data environments
      - Expertise in database administration, cloud platforms, and data pipelines
      - Familiarity with information security standards relevant to federal contracts
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Medicaid or CHIP-related data analysis or research
      - Familiarity with CMS data sources such as T-MSIS
      - Experience with federal research contracts or IDIQs
      - Experience developing 508-compliant IT tools and products
