      Purpose of Role

      Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven, Senior Lead Global Store Development. This role leads new development projects and owns global retail supply program for the Global Retail function.
      This role requires significant collaboration internally with global and regional cross functional partners and externally with vendor partners. This person must have proven track record of project and vendor management experience accompanied by great organization and communication skills. They must demonstrate the ability to influence others to gain alignment across the organization while ensuring on time decisions at key milestones. Success in the Senior Lead Global Store Development role will be driven by building and maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with multiple cross-functional leaders to achieve program and project goals.

      Your Impact

      • Lead new development projects through the prototype, test, pilot, amplify program in partnership with relevant regional and cross-functional teams and ensure the program phases meet business goals, timelines, and financial targets.
      • Defines brief and establishes project timeline, measures of success and budget in alignment with cross-functional teams and 3rd party partners.
      • Track new development project business results throughout the project phases, identify business and cost saving opportunities from the results, and share the results and recommendations with cross-functional and regional teams.
      • Communicate all new development project updates with relevant stakeholders consistently
      • Coordinate the global and regional feedback loop. Identifying wins and opportunities for program modifications.
      • Capable of synthesizing feedback into solutions that work for the majority of regions.
      • Organize and archive all new development relevant designs, documents, inventory, budgets, invoices, photographs etc.
      • Select and manage vendor and factory partners for retail supplies across all concepts.
      • Works closely with procurement team to negotiate the best pricing for the globe and evaluates.
      • Facilitate and optimize the Global quarterly supply process across fixtures, mannequins, props, hangers, etc.
      • Lead sourcing of custom elements, working with procurement on service contracts, RFPs, etc.

      Qualifications

      • Strong project management experience of programs inclusive of internal and external stakeholders
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and build effective working relationships.
      • Self-motivated, responsible, positive, flexible, and able to work independently under pressure.
      • Organizational skills; attention to detail.
      • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment to support special projects.
      • Time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
      • Ability to confidently lead work groups of internal and external stakeholders
      • Strong team player.

      Requirements

      • Min. 7-8 years of professional project management experience.
      • Prior experience managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors – fixture, mannequin experience a plus.
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Retail experience preferred.

      OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
      • Travel: • Proficiency in relevant software, such as, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft office etc.

      Base Compensation

      $122,380.00-$168,272.50 USD

      Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
