      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analysis of information technology systems and contracting systems
      - Support budget preparation, data management, and program documentation
      - Research and analyze acquisition program trends and technologies
      - Support Congressional activities, legislative analyses, and policy development
      - Track and report on key issues in Authorization and Appropriations processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 10+ years of relevant experience
      - Master's degree
      - US Citizenship with an Active Secret clearance, per contract requirements
      - Ability to handle confidential and classified information and communications
      - Strong analytical skills related to human capital strategic planning for the Air Force acquisition workforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with export agreements and international technology transfer issues
      - Background in workforce development and scientific research initiatives
