Lead workforce planning and resource management activities, aligning with HR and Finance to ensure optimal headcount and budget alignment.
Own budget planning and tracking activities, working closely with Finance to forecast and manage budgetary requirements.
Coordinate business operations activities, including operating cadences, executive presentations, and vendor management.
Support employee engagement initiatives within the team, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships across business teams to ensure alignment on key deliverables and drive operational excellence.
Partner closely with leaders across data analytics, design, marketing and product on a diverse set of initiatives supporting the business operations of the team.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based data analysis.
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve business processes and drive growth.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation to support business operations.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact business operations.
Proven experience in business operations, preferably within a technology or product team environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems through analytical thinking and strategic solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and executive-level presentation creation.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners
Understanding of business economics and P&Ls
Deep sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is essential
5+ years of strategy and business operations experience
Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, and experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders across diverse teams at all levels
Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes.
Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
Drive global process improvements within the organization.
Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
