What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute corporate communications strategies and content creation to optimize engagement with employees and physician partners
- Develop high-quality written materials including newsletters, presentations, and intranet content tailored for various audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including HR, clinical, and legal to ensure messaging consistency
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic recommendations
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine tactics using analytics and AI-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with internal and/or corporate communications in a matrixed healthcare organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on narrative storytelling
- Strong commitment to brand adherence and experience with brand guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior direct people-management experience
- Familiarity with AP style for writing
- Experience managing multi-channel communications plans
- Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools for communication enhancement
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges and trends
