What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze credit and debit policies using a risk/reward methodology to inform strategy decisions
- Gather and interpret internal and external data to perform statistical and financial analyses
- Implement strategic initiatives that lead to optimal performance and continual learning
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and relevant business lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry with an understanding of best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations within financial services
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives
